Itinerary

• 01Arrival: 15 -20 Minute drive (Airport to Hotel) Adventure International representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transport you to your Kathmandu hotel. After having formal introduction, you are being served with welcome drink at the hotel. They will give you helpful tips for your time in Kathmandu. O/N Hotel.

• 02Kathmandu Sight-seeing & Tibet preparation After breakfast, you are being prepared for joining a guided tour of the amazing sightseeing of the Kathmandu Valley. You can visit Durbar Square, Swayambhunath ‘Monkey’ Temple, the famous Hindu temple – Pashupatinath and the largest Stupa in Nepal – Boudhanath onwards at afternoon we gather for your ‘Tibet tour breifing &. In the Evening AIT organizes welcome dinner at a local restaurant.
• 03Kathmandu -Kerung Border (160 Km) 06-07 hours drive 2750m. Kathmandu -Kerung Border (148 Km) 06-07 hours drive
  Early in the morning exicting drive to Kerung Border (Nepal-Tibet Border) through the beautiful Nepalese countryside and after necessary border formalities at Nepal immigration, an hour daring uphill drive by Bus & jeep(normally) or 2 hour walk uphill (in case of landslide to Chinese immigration, check-in to hotel or Continue drive to Kerung. Stay overnight at Guest House.
• 04Kerung - Tingri (4,328 m) or Lhatse (4,355 m): 228 Km/248 Km Day drive uphill to the highest plateau of the world with the typical view of Tibetan landscape offering absolute feeling of standing on the roof of the world. from where, climate permitting, breathtaking panorama of beautiful Himalayan ranges including Mt Cho Oyu (8201 M) & Mt Xishapagma (8012M) but dwarfed by the immensity of the Tibetan plateau. TINGRI, where you can enjoy the majesty of Mt. Everest (8,848 M). Stay overnight at Guest House
• 05Tingri/Lhaste - Xigatse (3,920 M): 246 Km Early morning, eyes contract directly to Everest top with sun-rays. After breakfast, continue scenic drive crossing Over Gyatchu La (5,220M), one of the highest pass en route to Lhasa via Lhatse from where a road to Mt Kailash bifurcates to the west. Stay overnight at hotel.
• 06Xigaste to Gyantse(3955 m)-95 Km Early morning few minute walk for seeing the sights to the Panchen Lama's Tashilhumpu Monastery and Drive to Gyantse and visit to the Kumbum Stupa & Phalkor Monastery at Gyantse. Stay overnight the Hotel.
• 07Gyantse to Lhasa (3650m)-266 Km Wahoo ! A colorful Full day scenic drive crossing over Karola (5,010m), Kambala (4,749 m), vibrant Yamdrok-Tso Lake and the Tibetan lifeline river Brahma Putra (Yarlung Tsangpo) – Stay overnight at Hotel in Lhasa.
• 08Lhasa Sightseeing Tour Another pictures days, this days sightseeing tour to Lhasa including Potala palace climb and make a Cora round the palace enjoy Blind Message and Night stay Hotel in Lhasa
• 09Lhasa Sightseeing Tour: Sight seeing again Barkhor Bazaar & Sera Monasteries, monks debating center. Jokhang Temple Stay overnight at Hotel in Lhasa
• 10Lhasa to Kathmandu Trans Himalayan Flight After Breakfast, transfer to Gonggar Airport which takes 2 hours driving. The flight duration is 1hr and 10 minutes to Kathmandu and it is one of the most beautiful flight in the world. on your flight you shall see the Yalung Tsangpo River, Lake Yamdruk, kancenjunga (8586m), Makalu(8463m) & Mt. Everest(8848m).
